This infographic was created as a personal data storytelling project to raise awareness about the environmental and social impacts of textile waste in the European Union. It breaks down complex statistics into digestible visuals, aiming to spark reflection on consumption habits and the global consequences of fast fashion.
Design Approach
Inspired by editorial-style infographics with flat illustrations and minimalist data visuals. A custom color palette balancing urgency (red-orange) and optimism (teal, violet). Icons and illustrations were created or adapted to support accessibility, clarity, and engagement.

Reflection
This project helped me explore the intersection of visual design, sustainability communication, and ethical fashion. I aimed to create an informative yet emotionally resonant piece that could be used in awareness campaigns, presentations, or social media.
